Todd Fitz-Gerald, Hunter Fitz-Gerald, Devin Fitz-Gerald

Todd “Coach Fitz” Fitz-Gerald is the longtime head baseball coach at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, where he has built one of the nation’s premier high school baseball programs. A multiple-time state champion, Fitz-Gerald was named the 2021 ABCA/ATEC High School Division I National Coach of the Year after leading the Eagles to a 28–2 record and a state championship. With more than two decades of coaching experience, Coach Fitz is known not only for developing elite players, but also for emphasizing discipline, character, teamwork, and development on and off the field.

Hunter Fitz-Gerald is a professional first baseman in the Seattle Mariners organization and currently plays for the Double-A Arkansas Travelers. Originally drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 33rd round of the 2019 MLB Draft, Fitz-Gerald later signed with the Mariners and has continued to climb through the minor leagues. A standout hitter, Hunter brings years of experience playing at the professional level and is part of the Fitz-Gerald family’s unique baseball journey. (milb.com)‍

Devin Fitz-Gerald is a professional shortstop in the Washington Nationals organization and currently plays for the Double-A Harrisburg Senators. A switch-hitting infielder, Devin was selected by the Texas Rangers in the 5th round (165th overall) of the 2024 MLB Draft out of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. He joined the Nationals organization in 2026 and continues to develop as one of the organization’s young professional infielders. (milb.com)
